My dear Sir William

Amongst several new & interesting plants, which I lately obtained through Dr Beckler in Eastern Australia, are two of the Cunoniaceous order, of which I beg to enclose fragments; larger plants can be sent in my next consignment.

They will appear this month in the 13 No of the Fragmenta as Geissois (Labil) rubifolia and Weinmannia paniculata.1
