[Report with reference to the application of the Caledonian Society for the use of the same ground as it held last year1]
In 1859 the Caledonian Society had been granted the use of the grounds of the zoological reserve, but concern had been expressed about establishing a precedent; see M to C. Hodgkinson, 6 September 1859 (in this edition as 59-09-06a).
