By desire of the Committee of the Zoologic Gardens I have the honor to enquire, whether it is under contemplation of the Municipal Council of St. Kilda to render the fencings of the South Park secure against dogs, in order to receive the fallow deer applied for by you in your letter of 5 Nov. 1860.1
