Dear Dr Mueller

I have the pleasure to acknowledge the receipt of your note.2 I shall be most happy to forward any information I possibly can about any matter connected with Mr Burke's party,3 and I have advised the Manager at Mount Murchison Station to send forward any authentic information he may obtain.

I hope the report of two camels coming in to the Darling,4 may prove false, I had no notice from our Manager, of such being the case, but when I hear from him I shall write you by first mail.
