To William Hooker 1    12 February 1862

12/2/62

Dear Sir William.

I have much pleasure of sending you a copy of invoice of a few articles, which I have forwarded pr. "True Britain"2 to the International Exhibition.3 You will perceive, that this brings up the timber specimens to 463 pieces. With exception of about a dozend, sent with others pr. Great Britain, and which are intended for fittings, it is my desire that not only all these timbers but also the other vegetable products in toto should be placed at your disposal for deposition in Kew after the close of the Exhibition

Ever highly regardfully

yours

Ferd Mueller.
