I beg to hand you a bill of loading for the seventh box with dried Thalamiflorae, forwarded for Mr Benthams use this day pr "Roxburgh Castle" freight being paid1

There is a curious circumstance connected with the second transmission of Ranunculus Haastii to Britain, long after Mr Haasts discovery of the plant. Some day I shall mention it to Dr Hooker.2
