I have the honor to bring under your notice the following resolution passed by the Council of the Acclimatisation Society on the 17th Inst.

Resolution

"That it be referred to Dr Mueller & Professor McCoy to inform the Council what Australian birds & other animals would be likely to be most valued by the Société d'Acclimatation de France with a view to making some return for their handsome gifts of 8 Angora goats."2
