Venerable and ever dear Sir William.

By these lines I wished merely to intimate to you, that case No. 14 for Mr Benthams use has this day (freight paid) been forwarded per "Yorkshire" to your adress. It contains the rest of Acaciae, an other box with Acaciae having been sent in June pr Anglesey and an other pr Roxburgh Castle

In this Box you will find 3 parcels of Feejean1 Plants to be sent on loan to Dr Seeman, who may pick up from them some little additional information for his Pacific Flora.2
