9/11/63
My dear Miss Euphemia.
Perhaps I can have the pleasure of seeing you in the garden on Thursday or Friday, as I have to be to morrow & after tomorrow in official meetings in town during the afternoons. As I can fully appreciate the tenderness of your feelings and you desire a still walk through our ground, perhaps a morning hour would be preferable. I adressed a letter to you before your birthday1 but marked it Fitzroy. Perhaps it never reached you.
With my kindest regards
yours
Ferd. Mueller.
