I shall feel very great pleasure in forwarding the official letter, which you kindly transmitted from the hon. the Chief Secretary of N.S.W. to Dr Scherzer.2 I feel greatly obliged for the large amounts of attention you have devoted to clearing up this subject. I do not think the Books, intended for N.Z., went via Sydney.
