For Dr Mueller

The Governor will be obliged to Dr Mueller (if he has it in his power) to take steps for carrying out Sir William Denison's request as stated in he enclosed Extract of a note1 which the Governor received from Sir William by the last packet.

The Governor will also communicate with the Chief Secretary with a view to obtaining the co-operation of the Land Department as requested by Sir William.
