The Inspector General of Public Works in reporting that the sum provided for Furniture is nearly exhausted has requested that no requisition against that vote may be sent to him during the remainder of the year unless the demand is both immediately necessary and indispensable
I have to request that you will be good enough to take notice of his request and make your requisitions accordingly
