Le Conseil d'administration de la Societé des Amis de la Nature a l'honneur de Vous annoncer que Votre admission au nombre des Membres de la Société, qui a eu lieu au mois de Novembre de l'année passée a été confirmée dans la séance du 14 Mai 1864 et que dans la séance suivante du 17 Septembre 1864 la Société a conclu unanimement de Vous offrir le titre du Délégué de la Société des Amis de la Nature.

Le Conseil Vous prie, Monsieur, de vouloir bien accepter ce titre comme le temoignage d'une parfaite reconnaissance et de la considération la plus distinguée.

Droits des délégués.

§1. Le délégué est le seul représentant officiel de la Société dans la région, où il est accrédité.

§2. Il a le droit d'entamer, au nom de la Société, des relations avec les sociétés savantes, les Institutions et les personnes civiles - indigènes dans l'interet de la Société.

§3. Dans le cas de sa présence à Moscou, il siège au bureau et profite des droits égaux à ceux des Membres du Conseil administratif.

The administrative Council of the Society of the Friends of Nature has the honour to inform you that your election as a Member of the Society, which occurred in November of last year, was confirmed at the meeting of 14 May 1864 and that at the following meeting, on 17 September 1864, the Society decided unanimously to offer you the title of Delegate of the Society of the Friends of Nature.

The Council begs you, Sir, to accept this title as a token of its immense gratitude and highest regard.

Extract from the regulations.

Rights of delegates.

§1. The delegate is the only official representative of the Society in the region where he is accredited.

§2. He has the right of entering in the name of the Society into relations with local learned societies, institutions and private individuals in the interest of the Society.

§3. When in Moscow, he has a seat on the executive and is entitled to the same rights as members of the administrative Council.
