By Dr Mueller's request I have the honor of forwarding the enclosed parcel with seeds of the Shiraz Tobacco. Dr Mueller, who desires me also to present his compliments, regrets not being able to supply a larger quantity, but that received per mail from England was so small and the application are so numerous that he can not possibly spare more.2
