M's requisition was approved. An earlier requisition for animal fodder (M to J. McCulloch, 26 July 1865 (in this edition as 65- 07-26g) was annotated to suggest that such requisitions should be made every six months. However, M to J. McCulloch, 28 August 1865, was a requisition for equivalent goods.
