From George Sprigg to Ferdinand von Mueller   7 Feb 1866

February 7 [186]61

Sir

I have the honor by the direction of Dr Black2 to inform you that some days ago I wrote to Mr Brough Smythe to enquire whether he had drawn out the code of bye laws for the management of the Royal Park Mr Smythe has replied stating "that one copy of the regulations was sent to Dr Mueller and another to the Assistant Commissioner of Lands & Survey some time since." As great injury is being daily done to the Park Dr Black desires me to say that he would feel greatly obliged if you can hasten the matter to a conclusion3

I have the honor to be

Sir

Your most Obedt Servant

Geo Sprigg
