From Ferdinand von Mueller to Samuel Davenport   [Mar 1866]

[A letter was read from the Hon. S. Davenport, … enclosing a letter from Dr. Mueller, of Melbourne recommending a display of several varieties of Northern Territory timber, and stating that if these were accompanied by a corresponding number of flowering and fruit-bearing trees, the scientific appellations could be given to the specimens.1]

The suggestion was 'referred to the Miscellaneous Sub-Committee'.
