15 September 1866.

I am directed by the Honorable the Chief Secretary to request you will have the goodness to forward to this Office by the 25th Inst an estimate of your Revenue and Departmental expenditure for the year 1867 and to the public works Department an estimate of any additional buildings, or repairs to existing buildings, that you may consider will be necessary during the same period.1
