Dear Sir,

I have the honor by direction of the Council of the Shire to request a gift of Trees & Shrubs for planting the Shire Hall reserve.

There is required sufficient to plant a border of about 10 chains with two and three rows of plants

Your kindness herein will be esteemed a favor.

If you will be good enough to inform me when it will be to your convenience for me to send for them you will oblige
