I added half a hundred ferns for Sir Will. Denisons collect, which Dr Hooker, I hope, will kindly despatch to Sir William.

Box 37 went early this month by the Dover Castle. The remainder of the Corolliflorae will, si fata velint,8 be sent off by the Great Britain,9 which steamship will depart about the middle of next month. Thus the consignment by the Norfolk & Great Britain may arrive simultaneously.
