I have the honor, in accordance with the instructions of the Commissioners of Audit, to request a reply to their Query No. 68A/41 on the subject of a Guarantee being required from the Under Secretary that the account was properly charged to Authority No 24/5. (See also Query 68A/45) these Queries having been addressed to you on the 14th May last1 but not yet returned to this Office.
