To George Bentham   11 August 1870

11/8/70.

The case pr. Joshua,1 dear Mr Bentham, has safely arrived, and I am right glad to get thus gradually back my plants for the Museum. Occasions for comparison arise so often and the absense of any large number of plants is sure to render one helpless.

Like in Myrocarpus so in certain Boroneae the aestivation is subject to aberrations.

With best wishes

Your

Ferd. von Mueller
