This letter was referred to the Public Works office on 23 December 1870. It was returned to the Chief Secretary's office on 19 January 1871 and was approved and referred to M on 6 April. M returned the requisition to the Chief Secretary's office on 22 May and it was referred again to the Public Works office, approved, on 26 May.
