Sir

This accompanying account I have the honor to return for further information.1 No provision is made on the estimates of my Department for the payment of the boys of the industrial Schools. I am not unfavorable to such an arrangement, if the necessary fund is placed at my disposal by a special order of Government or Vote of Parliament.

I have the honor to be,

Sir,

your obedient servant

Geo. Duncan Esq.
