Archaic spelling of Kapitlet?
The MS has been signed ‘G. A. Sparre | Ordens Kansler’ [G. A. Sparre, Chancellor of the Order] and the seal of the Order attached. Below the seal is written ‘R. [W]eutelmeister’ and, in a different ink that appears to be the same as used by Sparre, ‘Riddare Bref af Nordstjirne-Orden for Direktorn för Botaniska trädgården i Melbourne i Australien, filosofie och Medicine Doktorn m.m. Friherre Ferdinand von Mueller’ [Patent of Knighthood of the Order of the Polar Star, to the Director of the Botanical Gardens in Melbourne, Australia, Doctor of Philosophy and Medicine, Baron Ferdinand von Mueller].
