Melbourne bot. Garden

The water plant sent by you, dear Mr Ramsay, is Utricularia flexuosa Vahl. The fungus mentioned by you is a Phallus of the section with netted veil. I have the species from the Richmond River and intend to say something about it in the next number of the fragmenta.1 I am glad you will send the plants to California. I will render payment when the shipment is to be made.

With best regards

Ferd. von Mueller.

Any fungi will be welcome for my collection. They are less studied than any other series of Australian plants
