From Ferdinand von Mueller to George Bentham   5 Oct 1874

Melbourne

5/10/74

Be so kind, dear Mr Bentham, to let me know, whether the large case with Liliaceae, &c sent some months ago, has safely arrived.1 Meanwhile the Junceae &c, also in a large case, are on their way to you. In the event of you desiring it, I can send off the Filices — a large box, — simultaneously with the case of Gramineae, as you may wish to expedite the work by giving the Filices over to Mr Baker.2

I am amidst the Cyperaceae now.3

Trusting you are well I remain

your regardful

Ferd. von Mueller
