I am anxious to ask you, dear Mr Ramsay, whether at present any fair collection of vegetable fossils of the Newcastle or any other of your coal-formation is available by purchase for a fair price any where in Sydney. I am anxious to have them for the furtherance of my studies, particularly if the data of position and locality are given.
If amidst all your engagements you can help me in this, I shall be very glad.
