I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 9th instant,1 written from Mount Gambier,2 suggesting that a sum of Twenty five pounds3 remitted to the Agent General in 1872 and still unused, be applied to the purchase of certain seeds.

I beg to inform you that the Agent General has been instructed to carry out your suggestions.
