From Ferdinand von Mueller to Francis Abbott   7 Feb 1879

7/2/79

Herewith, dear Mr Abbott, I send you a few brief notes on Phyllota diffusa. Perhaps I ought to have forwarded them to Dr Agnew, but am uncertain, whether the Doctor is at present in Hobarton.1

If my last paper is not yet published, this note could then be inserted among the Leguminosae therein.2

Regardfully your

Ferd. von Mueller.

If there is not soon any chance for the publication of this short note, then please return the manuscript, as I can send it to Europe for issue in a scientific journal there.
