Note by M for Tate's census of extratropical SA plants; see Tate (1880), p. 62. It is,dated to 1880 as the latest that it could have been sent in time to be incorporated into Tate's published paper. It may have been sent after the paper was read to the Royal Society of SA on 3 February 1880, but before the final text was prepared for the printer for publication of the volume, which was issued after 2 November 1880.
