To William Thiselton-Dyer   8 May 1880

8/5/80

Let me express my best thanks, dear Mr Dyer, for your & Prof Oliver's goodness of sending me the pencil-sketches of the Eucalypts, not contained in my collection. This will help me in the Euc. Atlas, of which the 6th Decade,1 the most difficult of all, is just finished but not ready to go out by this mail It contains E. globulus, the Prince of the Eucalypts.

With best regards

Ferd. von Mueller.

I found the specimens of E. siderophloia here rightly returned.2
