Es liegt wieder allerlei für Sie bereit, edler Herr, wie Sie aus beifolgender Notiz sehen werden. Einige Sachen ausserdem sind vom tropischen Australien, u. Alles soll mit dem nächsten Schiffe an Sie befördert werden.

Ich hoffe, dass unter den letzgesandten2 zool. Gegenständen sich etwas Neues für Beschreibung gefunden hat; dies ist mir stets eine grosse Freude zu hören

All kinds of things lie ready for you again, noble Sir, as you will see from the enclosed note. Some things besides are from tropical Australia and everything will be forwarded to you by the next ship.

I hope that among the last sent zoological objects something new for description was found; this is always a great pleasure for me to hear.

[In the letter of von Mueller to [Klunziger] of 27 July 1880 […] he had expressed his pleasure over the fish descriptions […] "if only other sections of the fauna of Australia found working up there like those achieved for the fish by you].
