From Ferdinand von Mueller to Thomas Bride   10 Sep 1881

10/9/81

For a long series of years, dear Doctor, I had the privilege conceded to me by Sir Redm. Barry & his honored co-trustees, to obtain the loan of works occasionally for my studies from your grand Library during limited periods. Trusting that this concession will also in future be extended to me by yourself, I now beg of you, to let me have through my assistant Mr Groener for a few days:

Tulasne's Fungi hypogaei, a folio-volumen published in 1851.1

Regardfully your,

Ferd. von Mueller

Dr Th. Fr. Bride,

Principal Librarian of the public Library of Melbourne.

Tulasne (1851).
