To Frederick Bailey1    20 April 1882

20/4/82.

I have been able, dear Mr Bailey, to secure the Albino Trachyglossum2; it is the only one of which I have ever heard as seen. I got it for a somewhat reduced price, but whether the trustees and yourself will deem it an aequivalent for the fine Ceratodus, is a question yet to be answered.3

Regardfully your

Ferd. von Mueller
