From John McKibbin1    5 September 1882

I am again obliged to trespass on your time Dear Baron to give me "Species" of the enclosed Pterostylis as I do not know it. I had taken it in Maryboro'3 but it never bloomed with me before — I also took it since I came here but it is very scarce

I have taken about a dozen species since I arrived back but they are all well known except one that I have taken but as the flower was dead I do not know it (a Pterostylis) it is larger in flower even than Pt. reflexa — without the threadlike points of lower 2 sepals

I am Dear Baron

yours obediently

John N McKibbin

To Baron von Mueller KCMG. &c &c

Pterostylis reflexa
