In reference to the original authority, dear Mr Wilson, given by the hon. the Chief Secretary, for the printing of my statistical volume on Australian plants,1 it may be of use to send back to you the enclosed memorandum,2 as the original letter, on which Mr Grants approval was noted, may not yet [have]3 turned up again,4 I have forwarded now some accounts, which meanwhile had been held back5
