To William Thiselton-Dyer   10 March 1883

10/3/83

Yesterday, dear Mr Dyer, I learnt at the Gov. Offices that the expenses of your mission to Bordeaux are all settled, so that my mind is releaved on that point. Your report1 was here reprinted in full in the papers.

Regardfully your

Ferd. von Mueller

Thiselton-Dyer (1882). On 6 January 1883, the Melbourne Argus reported (p. 5) that the Victorian Government was reprinting Thiselton-Dyer's report for distribution to the colony's vignerons. The report itself was published in the Weekly times, 13 January 1883, p. S 2, and reported, not always favourably, in other papers.
