Ich weiss nicht gewiss, lieber Herr Tepper, ob ich Ihnen die Namen Ihrer letzten Algen sandte; da wir hier gerade neuere Sammlungen ordneten, hat mein Assistant die Namen der von Ihnen gesandten Arten ausgeschrieben.

I do not know for certain, dear Mr Tepper, whether I sent you the names of your last algae;1 since we are just organizing more recent collections here, my assistant has written out the names of the species sent by you.
