Sir

I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 29th Ult2 transmitting a copy of Dr Sven Lovens work on "Pourtalesia"3 for presentation to the Public Library, and asking, in return, that a copy of the Eucalyptography4 should be forwarded to Dr Loven

Dr. Loven's book has been forwarded to the Public Library, and the Premier has approved of "Eucalpytography" being given in exhange

The 'Eucalyptography' will accordingly be sent to Dr Loven, on the completion of the tenth Decade which is now in the hands of the Printer
