Your esteemed favour of yesterday's date1 together with the Volume of "Proceedings of the Zoological and Acclimatisation Society" kindly presented by you to The School have been duly received.2 — Pray accept the best thanks of the Council for your gift which is a very acceptable addition to the Library. We have a copy of the little volume of Popular Science Lectures similar to the one forwarded to you — in our Library — and a copy will be found in the Public Library Melbourne — and many other public institutions3
