This recommendation must be signed by Three or more Fellows
N.B. – The Christian name of the Candidate must be stated at length, as well as his Residence, and any special qualifications he may possess.
This certificate was read at a General Meeting of the Society, on the 5th day of Novbr 1885.
The Ballot will take place on the 3rd day of December 1885.4
