From William Webb to Ferdinand von Mueller   [1886]

I don't know if this plant is rare or new to you, but I have never seen it growing it was gathered by my wifes friend Mrs Eades, and my son 10 years of age 3 miles due West1 from Kojonerup2 stream close to the foot of Sterling3 Range. They only saw a few bushes 4 feet high and spreading. Unfortunately they pulled the Leaves of the plant, so as to be able to carry more Seeds, but you may reast4 assured that the Leaves belong to Seed branches herewith.

Perhaps you know it well.5
