From Andrew Berry1    20 September 1886

September 20th 1886.

My dear Baron

There is not the slightest necessity for you to hurry over the examination papers, as the Council will not meet until Wednesday the 6th October proximo and if your Report reaches me anytime before that date it will be soon enough. — I regret that you should have been so much concerned when I might have relieved your mind by stating at the time I forwarded the papers when the Council would next meet

Yours very truly

Andw Berry
