Sir,

I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 7th inst,2 advising the shipment per S.S. "Manapouri" of one case, addressed to Professor Kirk, containing 50 lbs Eucalyptus obliqua, 1 1/4 lbs Eucalyptus Gunnii, and 12 lbs Eucalyptus Marginata.

In reply I have to inform you that the case has been received, and that drafts in favour of Mr. C. Walter, and Mr J. G. Luehmann for £26.7.0 and £7.10.0 respectively, will be posted to you at an early date.
