It was very kind of you indeed, dear Dr Ramsay, to send me the 3 specimens of the Claudea Bennettiana, found by you.1 They are most interesting, and when through your persevering and circumspect zeal the reproductive organs will also be discovered, this remarkable and beautiful marine plant shall have its full elucidation with due honor to your self.
