Arrived Jubilee River New Guinea 5th November have steam launch with crew nine (9) souls all told. Owing to delays etc will have deficit of about one hundred pounds on return to Thursday Island about end December next Can your Society give myself grant in aid If so please advise Mayor of Sydney Compliments to Mr McDonald
