Permit me to inform you, that I have returned and resumed duty.1 Thanks to your kindness and the generous permission of the Honorable the Chief Secretary which enabled me to have a rest and change of air in the country-district and for which I beg to tender my sincere and respectful thanks I have now recovered and am glad to resume my duties.2
