From Edward Ramsay   8 November 1890

8th Novr [18]90

Sir,

Hearing that you are organising an expedition to the interior I have the honour on behalf of the Trustees of this Museum to ask if you would allow one of their Collectors to form one of the party, and if so, on what terms. The man whom we would send is an experienced Colonist and a very steady reliable man.1

I ask the favour of as early a reply as may be convenient.

I have the honor to be

Sir

Your Obed. Servant

E. P. Ramsay
