From Ferdinand von Mueller to Otto Tepper   22 Dec 1892

22/12/92.

22/12/92.

Let me express my best thanks, dear Mr Tepper, for the friendly feelings that you keep for me and which you again show through your felicitation for the approaching festival.1

May the new span of time in which we now soon will live also prove to be very joyful for you and yours.

This time I can no longer offer my congratulations to Owen, Quatrefages and Regel,2 and perhaps I am now the first whom Providence will call away!

It is to be hoped I can be there next September and also enjoy meeting with you!3

Ferd. von Mueller.
